How does renting a van work?

Renting a van works exactly the same way as renting a car through MyWheels. After you’ve created your account in the app, select the van, choose the time and destination, and book a trip. When you’re ready to drive, you can easily unlock the van with your phone. Load up and hit the road! After your trip, return the van to its designated spot. End the trip in the app, and you’re all set!

I want to use the van for business purposes. Is VAT included on the invoice?

Yes, the VAT rates are listed on the invoice. This makes it easy for you, as a self-employed person, to rent a van whenever you need one, without any unnecessary paperwork.

Are there any restrictions on what I can transport?

You can bring whatever fits, as long as you don’t exceed the 690 kg payload capacity. However, there are a few rules: no people, animals, illegal goods, or hazardous substances such as flammable, toxic, or corrosive materials. The van also cannot be used as a delivery service. And no matter what you transport, please leave it empty and clean for the next renter.

What is included in the bus rental?

Your reservation includes things like charging, maintenance, and insurance. That way, you won't be faced with any unexpected costs.

Can I take a MyWheels van to the DIY store real quick?
